I ordered from safetygearpro it was a good experience. The site was easy enough to get around, and I found what I needed without having to dig forever, which I really appreciate. Shipping was normal and everything arrived in good shape, so I can’t complain. The product felt right and was basically what I expected, so that’s a win, right? I’d order from them again if I needed more safety gear. It was simple, no hassle, no weird issues, and that’s all I was hoping for.

"Helpful support, just needed one follow-up"
I had a question about my prescription safety glasses order, so I emailed customer service. They got back to me the next day and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, which I appreciated. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I did have to follow up once to get the tracking info. After that, they were quick, polite, and treated me fairly, which is all you can really ask for. Overall, I’m happy with the experience.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I asked for a refund, because sometimes that turns into a whole back-and-forth. But this time, it was surprisingly easy. I sent in my request, figured I’d be waiting a while, and before I knew it, the refund was already processed. It was fast, simple, and way less stressful than I expected.

"Return took way longer than it should have"
I had to return my order, the whole process felt slower than it needed to be. The instructions weren’t very clear at first, which was annoying because I just wanted to get it sorted quickly. Support did eventually reply and help out, and I did get my refund in the end, but it definitely took longer than I was hoping...

My order was mostly correct, but one small item was wrong. It’s not even about that as much as just noticing the little mix-up. Overall, it wasn’t a huge deal and the rest of the order was fine.

"Glad I Trusted My Gut on These"
I grabbed my safety glasses from safetygearpro.com a few months back, i’m glad I trusted my gut on them. I use them both in the garage and at work, so they’ve definitely taken some abuse, dropped a few times, wiped off with dirty gloves, the whole deal. I figured the lenses would be scratched up quickly, but they’ve held up way better than I expected. No major scratches so far, and I’m happy with them

I ordered from safetygearpro the shipping was almost ridiculously fast. I got the tracking info right away, and my order showed up a couple days earlier than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Everything went smoothly with zero issues, so I’m happy with the whole experience.

"Slow replies and careless handling"
They did get back to me eventually, but it took longer than it should have and I had to follow up twice. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but everything felt a bit careless, like my issue wasn’t really being handled with much attention. They could definitely be quicker and clearer next time.

The site just felt clunky to use. Search was all over the place, honestly. I’d type something in and it kept showing random stuff that didn’t really match. Pages were slow too. Lots of waiting around. Not the smoothest experience

"Good deal for the price"
I ordered safety glasses from safetygearpro i was happy with the whole thing. The price was fair, and the quality was actually better than I expected for what I paid?? Shipping was fine too, nothing super fast or fancy, but everything showed up in good shape. Would I buy from them again?? Yeah, probably

I was mainly checking prices, and they seemed fair compared to a few other sites I looked at. I can’t really comment on everything else yet, but from a cost perspective it looked good to me. A friend had mentioned checking them out, and I’m glad I did

I ordered prescription safety glasses for our shop, they seem to check all the boxes. They met the ANSI requirement, fit well, and shipping was normal with no problems. I’m not overthinking it, right? If they meet the standard and everyone can wear them comfortably, that’s a win. I’d order from them again.

"Felt stupid for trusting these"
The glasses looked fine when I first got them, so I thought they’d be okay for everyday use. But after just a few weeks, the frame started getting loose and then cracked. I feel kind of stupid for trusting them to hold up better. Definitely not what I expected...
